the people a few doors down from the studio moved out after 8 months of the landlord trying to kick them out. not sure what they did in the space but there were rumors or everything from record label to hip hop public access tv show to low budge porn spot. i guess well never know the real deal, but i did sneak in after they left and shot a few flicks in what was left of the space. in one corner was a box of henny and moet bottles next to some dirty sheets, also found a stack of classic chicago stickers for a beeper/tape store up north. if only walls could talk...

Stopped by Mud Studios last week to "borrow" some whisky to see some of the work Juan Angel Chavez was working on for his show down the street that friday. always great stuff to see.....
